HICKSTEAD:We had a good week at Hickstead despite the rain billy started well taking second place with Ceaser in the 1.35 speed class and third place with Mountinus Colorado in the international speed on saturday. Cruisings Micky Finn jumped a brillianyt double clear in the Queens Cup finishing in third place, and KEC Maximum Joe was part of the Irish team which also finished third in the Maydem super league comfirming their place in next years competition. And Je T'aim Flamenco was unlucky to just have the last fence down in the Grand Prix.
GIJON: Billy had another good start wit Mountinus Colorado takin third place in the Big class on the first day,Tinkas serinade jumped a good clear in the speed class and Cruisings Micky Finn jumped clear in the first round of the Big class and had an unlucky fence down in the jump off. Blue Thunder was in the Nations cup team that finished fourth.Tinkas serinade jumped clear again in the speed class wihch Billy won on Ceaser in great style.In the Grand Prix on sunday Tinkas Serinade had an unlucky fence down in the first round, and in mondays Grand prix Mountinus Colorado took a very creditable fifth place.
